Queen's Birthday Long Weekend - Mini Safari

TWO TUNNELS MAY RIDE 

On the Queen’s Birthday long week end (12th, 13^th and 14^th June) the Club is organizing a 3 day ride to Childers / Bundaberg via Kingaroy. 

All club members are invited to pack their panniers, fuel faithful and meet us at Morgan & Wacker at 8am on Saturday 12^th for an 8.30am departure for a touring ride through the Brisbane Valley to Kingaroy via the Bunya Mountains. 

The GS riders have not been over looked and a dirt route is being organized for their enjoyment although I don’t know why you would want to eat dust all day.  On average you will be travelling around 400k per day. 

We will overnight in Kingaroy and have dinner in the Carrollee Pub. 

On the second day we will travel further up the Burnet Highway through Eidsvold over Mount Perry and onto Childers.  During today we will stop of at the Timber Yard in Wondai and travel over Boat Mountain. 

The 2^nd night dinner is yet to be decided and will advise once a suitable venue is found. 

Day 3 is back home via Biggenden, Gympie and Woodford.
